Need help with QQ (the messaging service)?

I'm new to QQ and I need a tour of the system. (aka. I have no idea what is has or how it works.) Tips and stuff would be greatly appreciated, although if you could hack the Chinese firewall so that Facebook can work there, that'd be even better. XD
