Where to exchange US to Swedish money with very less fees?

So I'm going to Sweden this summer and I need to know where would be a good spot to exchange money for a lot less then actually going to sweden and doing it? What would be better, going to sweden then exchanging it or going somewhere here in Chicago? I need help with fees and how they apply when I exchange.
