Where should I go on foreign exchange to?!?

I did a study abroad to Norway and it was absolutely the best time of my life. I would definitely recommend going there. Its great if you don't have any foreign language experience because most Norwegians, especially the younger ones speak English. It is gorgeous there. People say Norwegians are cold, but I think that they are just not super outgoing. They will talk to you, but will not go out of their way to make a lot of conversation with strangers.
